The interview process was a mess. They emailed me a schedule, then changed it a day before the interview. On the interview day, they switched the schedule and interviewers around and also switched me between different meeting rooms on different floors. I met with 6 people. The first 2 were unprofessional and rude, acting like they were fresh out of college and this was their first job. They made erroneous assumptions about me and said my personality was not a good fit based on these assumptions. At that point, I wondered if I should quit. Fortunately, the following interviews were more professional, conducted by people with actual experience. After the interviews, I took the HTML and query logic tests. They left me in the reception area, which was noisy with people preparing food. They left before I finished. I waited until I could flag down an employee who grabbed an HR person so I could submit my tests. The tests were pretty easy. The query logic test would have been easier if it had been a straight SQL test; their fake language could have been designed better.

I was contacted by an in-house recruiter about the role and then had a phone interview that was organized well. After the phone interview, I had to follow up because I hadn't heard any feedback for a while. I found out I was selected for the next stage, which was an in-person interview, and I was happy about that. It's been several weeks since the in-person interview, and I haven't received any feedback despite calling and emailing several people at Experian. I've decided to withdraw my application. It's a shame they are disorganized or don't bother to give feedback to candidates.
