I had an on-campus interview at the University. They asked me a bunch of behavioral questions and some questions about projects I've done. The interviewer also looked at my resume and asked about stuff I was involved in during college.

First, there's a phone screen with a manager and some programmers. They'll grill you on Object Oriented Design, Patterns, and architecture. They'll also ask about the skills you put on your resume, like how they relate to your past or current job. It's about 30-60 minutes. Then, you head to Oklahoma City for the in-person interview, which is 4 hours long. The first half is with 3 managers who hit you with behavioral questions from an HR list. The next 2 hours are with 2 managers and 2 engineers. They'll ask some C# questions, but mostly focus on object oriented design, architecture, and patterns. Topics like mocking, test driven design, and dependency injection will come up. They also want to know about TFS, branching, and how you handle conflict resolution. They're looking for heavy Microsoft Enterprise Development experience, not just basic programming. Finally, you'll code FizzBuzz on a whiteboard.

It was just behavioral questions, and they were really nice and friendly to approach and talk to. There were no technical questions. They asked a lot of scenario behavioral questions. It was a 30 minute in-person interview.
