First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Expand Energy.
Intern
I had an interview for an internship. It was in a small room with 3 interviewers. They asked a lot of questions about my background, resume, and why I wanted to work for this company. There were no technical questions, only fit questions. Overall, it was a good experience and the interviewers were very approachable.
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
- What interests you about Chesapeake?
Intern
I applied through school recruiting and the process was straightforward. Recruiters picked people for interviews based on their resumes. They also held an info session. The interview itself was thirty minutes long, which included time for my questions. The interviewer was very personable.
- Could you tell me about your thesis?
Intern
They have a technical interviewer and a human resources interviewer. The company can take a while to respond, particularly compared to other energy companies. Interviewers were nice, but a little distant. Suggest having predetermined potential answers to common behavioral questions.
- Can you tell me about a time you devised an innovative solution to a problem your team faced?
