The interview process at EXOS was tough because they ask hard questions to filter out inexperienced or less knowledgeable trainers. But mostly, it's not high-stress because the senior staff are very approachable.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The initial step was a phone interview with a recruiter, which went well. Then, there was a step requiring at least 5 professional references to complete an online survey about my skills. That also went fine. After that, I had a scheduled Skype interview, but it was cancelled 30 minutes beforehand due to technical difficulties, and we rescheduled. A week later, about 10 minutes before the new Skype interview, it was cancelled again for technical reasons, so we did a phone interview instead. This interview was about an hour, but it didn't cover my technical skills or my current role. Then, another Skype interview was set for 4-5 days later. A few hours before this one, it was cancelled too. After I persisted, we finally had the Skype interview 4 days later, but I only got less than 45 minutes notice. The interview itself lasted less than 10 minutes, and they barely asked any questions, just 'what do you think of the position?'. I was told I'd hear back the next week, but 3 weeks passed with no word. I eventually emailed and found out the position was filled. The whole process with MediFit seemed disorganized and unprofessional.

First, I had a phone chat with an EXOS recruiter. Then, the Hiring Manager did a video interview. After that, we set up and had a site tour and met with the Liason. The follow-up from them was really slow and felt impersonal, and I never heard back either way about rejection or acceptance.
