The interview process can change based on what the client needs. Usually, there are two rounds plus a pre-screening. The first round is technical, and how hard it is depends on the job and client. The second round is with HR. Sometimes, if the client wants to interview candidates, there's an extra round with them, and then the HR round happens after that.

The interviewer Charu Gupta from Noida branch seemed very urgent initially and wanted to schedule calls daily. The interviews themselves went okay. However, I was then completely ignored for two months, with no replies to my emails or texts. I eventually called her up out of curiosity, even though I had accepted other offers. She just mentioned I was put on hold and would be offered the position if the current candidate didn't pass. Another HR from the same department has now started calling me about the same role. The entire process was terrible and unprofessional for a company of this size.
