Associate Consultant
The hiring process went smoothly and was well-organized. It kicked off with an initial HR screening covering basic questions about my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a more in-depth round with a manager who asked questions specific to the role and situational questions. The interviewers were professional and polite, making the environment comfortable which helped ease nervousness. They were clear about the job expectations and took time to explain the role and company culture. The whole process was efficient, and I got timely updates at each stage. It was a positive experience that reflected well on the company’s professionalism and hiring approach.

So the interview process involved a technical round, a manager round, and an aptitude test. The aptitude test went well and got me shortlisted. The technical round also went well, where they asked a puzzle and a case study. I got shortlisted from there too. Lastly, the managerial round included questions about my resume and some logical questions.
