Customer Service Representative
The first stage was about communication skills, which I thought went well. However, the operations round was not as good. They also didn't provide any feedback after making a selection. Because of this, I found the HR team to be quite poor. The management also seemed to lack strength.
- What are your salary expectations?
Customer Service Representative
It's a 3 step process. First, there's an HR Round, then a VNA, and finally an Operations round. The VNA is the main part where they decide on your salary and if you get the job. The HR round is usually just a formality. The real action starts with the VNA, where they check your spoken skills.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your previous work experience?
Customer Service Representative
I went through a walk-in process and submitted my resume to the recruiter. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we were led to a testing area for a 1-hour written exam that included English, Abstract, and IQ tests. Those who passed were then called for an initial interview, which was a 30-minute one-on-one with the operations manager. The recruitment team told me to expect a call within a week for further screening. Later that evening, I received a call for a one-on-one phone interview that felt similar to an IELTS interview. After this 12-minute call, I was informed that HR would contact me. Two days later, they called with a job offer.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- How many years did you work as a nurse in a hospital?
- Could you share your greatest achievement?
