So after a chat with HR, there were two parts to it. First was a virtual technical interview, and then the second one was a face-to-face with the VP. They basically asked about being a BA, scrum, how you handle projects, and your specific role.

The interview process involved questions on SQL, advanced SQL, a SQL project, Python, MS Excel, and a Python project. They stressed learning all these concepts, noting that the Excel aptitude test is difficult. Good English proficiency is required. They also advised studying previous interview questions. The second round is an HR round, and it's important to prepare well for it, as many candidates are rejected at this stage. Excel typically selects only 5 individuals from each college.
