Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Exiger.
Analyst
I went through several interview rounds and a written test. They seemed really interested at first, but after the last interviews, I had to wait a month for any kind of response. I emailed HR twice and heard nothing back. Then I got a short rejection email with no explanation. I asked for feedback on my interviews and written test, and again, no response. I feel like companies should be more considerate of candidates who put time into their interview process and at least give them feedback and a proper reply, especially now when jobs are so hard to come by. I wouldn't want to work for a place that doesn't seem to value people.
- Why are you interested in Exiger?
Analyst
It was straightforward and everyone I spoke/met with were very friendly and welcoming. The process included a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with 4 managing directors. There were also competency-based and group assessments. I received an offer in email days later, after background checks.
- How would you explain a technical concept to a client?
- Can you provide an example of your analytical skills?
Analyst
The interview process was really good, I felt like I knew what was expected and they made sure I was prepared for the job. They seem invested in employee growth and development within the company.
- Can you tell me what you know about our company and its products?
