They used the STAR format for the interview. There were about 6 questions in total. The interviewers were very pleasant. I emailed each person on the panel and the HR person who did the phone screening multiple times after the interview to follow up. I was told that someone would get back with me shortly, and they never did.

If you're lucky enough to get an interview with this super selective company, make sure you prepare a lot for a STAR interview and hope for the best. It was a panel interview, with two people in person and two on the phone. They were really professional and made me feel welcome. I was glad they gave me the chance!
