After applying online, I had a HireVue Digital Screening Interview, which was about 2 months after I applied. You can practice before taking it. Then, about 2 weeks later, I had a Panel Interview with 3 managers. They were polite, prepared, professional, on time, and purpose-driven. It was mostly standard behavior questions, and they asked me to use the STAR Method for my answers.
