The interview process was very professional. They expect you to use the STAR method to answer questions and give you time to respond properly. Being on time and managing your time well are important. They asked about 10 questions in a panel interview.

There's a phone interview where they ask you to describe dealing with customers using the STAR method. They conduct a very extensive background check, so don't lie on your application about dates; they will request W2s and tax transcripts. There's also a test before the interview, just practicing typing while someone is talking to you, and you will do fine. They are very strict about attendance and punctuality, and you must be able to work overtime on short notice. You need a backup for your backup, or don't bother applying; you won't get the job if you can't work overtime or be on time.

This wasn't really an interview, they had me do a lot of STAR situations that I don't think were right. They didn't ask general interview questions. Even experienced customer service people couldn't pass because of all the STAR questions. Who can remember every single situation at a job to give examples? I can see why they're always hiring. It was a long process and then they made me wait three weeks to say I didn't get the job. They should tell people sooner so they don't wait. The interview process sucks, in my opinion.
