Recruiter reached out via Linkedin. Started with a phone screen, then a week later an interview with the Engineering manager and HRG (who was also the hiring manager). The engg manager explained the job and responsibilities first. Then, they asked 6 behavioral questions, emphasizing the STAR format. It's important to research the specific station you'll be working at (capacity, start date, MWs, etc.), as well as the company's vision and core values.
