The interview process was very straightforward and fast-paced. I attended 3 interviews: first one lasted about 15 min, second was around 45 min and the third round about 15 min. I had 3 different people interview me which was nice dice I got the chance to know more perspectives on the company. Everyone had something new to add about the position and the role, but they are all very open about what they are looking for. The first round is just a personality interview, during the second round they explained the position and asked more questions pertaining to resume and experiences. Third round was finalizing process - the pay and other questions were answered.

I applied online and heard back pretty quickly. I came in a few days for an interview. The interviewer was late and acted arrogant. He asked pretty standard interview questions. Then, I was invited back for a second interview for the marketing assistant role. This time, they had me and another candidate shadow an employee. We ended up going with the employee in their car to a neighborhood. It turned out the job was for door-to-door sales and customer service for Verizon, which is not what I applied for. The whole thing took about three hours. It seems like they just want to get people in the door and aren't upfront about the actual sales nature of the job.

Behavioral Presentation

So it was a 3 round interview process. My first round was with the manager, it was pretty quick and basically just a get-to-know-you type of thing. They actually set up the second round right after, which I thought was a good sign. The second round was about 30 minutes with a leader in the office. They mostly explained the job and the whole management-in-training program concept. That's when I realized it's a direct marketing role in retail. The third round was right after the second with the same person from the first round. They went over the promotion path and how the pay works. Even though the last two interviews were more about explaining the business, I still had to answer questions on the fly. Overall, it was a smooth and well-organized experience.
