First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Executive Marketing Media.
Intern
The interview process was really quick. First round was only 10 mins. They set up the second round super fast. The second round lasted about an hour, and they took me on a tour to show me what I'd be doing. Basically, it's door-to-door sales for whatever project the company is working on. No base salary, and it seems like they'll hire pretty much anyone since you only get paid if you make sales. The place was super loud with music playing in the next room during my interview.

Intern
It's a three round interview process. The first one is very general and quick, where the interviewer gets to know you and your intentions. The second round is a job shadow and interview, this lasts about 1-2 hours. It's very general and not specific to the position you applied for. You're expected to ask a lot of questions and pay close attention because you will be 'tested' on it afterwards. The third round is confusing because if you make it pass the 2nd round you're 'offered a position,' but the third round is considered 'orientation' and when they FINALLY tell you more about the specific role you applied for or for a role that they think would better suit you.
- Could you start this position immediately, if asked?
Intern
I reached out via email about my interest and they scheduled me for an interview on a specific day, letting me pick a time. The office was small. The receptionist was nice. After about 5 minutes, I met with someone who asked me some basic questions. It was really simple and fast, and they mentioned they'd call for a second interview if they liked me.

- What is your understanding of our company and its business?
- Are you able to possess a passport?
