Saw bad reviews but ignored them because the website seemed fun. Had an interview that was okay until I heard the hours were 10 am to 8 pm, which doesn't work. Also, him not looking at my resume was a red flag. Then was told about an entry-level HR position with travel, which interested me, so I agreed to a second interview. On the way to the second interview the next day, something came up last minute and I couldn't make it. Wanted to reschedule and was told they wanted to fill the position by Saturday. Eventually, I got them to reschedule for my next day off. Got to the second interview and was led outside in the cold and told it's a door-to-door sales job. This really angered me because it's not what I applied for and I drove an hour for this. They're fraudulent and don't reply to emails. This place in Cranston RI should be reported for MLM scheming.

The first interview seemed standard. The assistant manager explained the job like the posting did. They mentioned it was a mix of office tasks like data entry and account updates, and business to business sales. The base pay and benefits sounded good. But, during the second interview, I found out it was actually door-to-door sales for big companies. It's not a customer service rep job at all. I wouldn't have bothered if I knew it was residential door-to-door sales from the start.

The first step was a quick chat with a manager. It felt pretty good, they explained stuff well and I got answers to my questions. I was super nervous since it was my first real interview, but I relaxed as we talked.
