Technical

The interview process was smooth and felt very professional, with a lot of technical detail requirements. Scheduling was prompt. The technical questions were in an interactive CBT format. The interviewer was patient and gave some helpful guidance when I was close but not quite right on a couple of points.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I went in, took a 'knowledge test', and then talked to the interviewer. He mentioned that the receptionist would call me to set up a working interview. It didn't take too long, and they have flexible scheduling. The working interview felt like a bit of a joke, though I think that was more about the person interviewing me than the interview itself. He'd ask me questions to gauge if I understood the problem and the fix. He'd visibly get annoyed if I didn't say exactly what he wanted to hear. I explained that in IT, you need as much info as possible to solve an issue, and he'd get annoyed when I said 'I'm not sure'.

Behavioral Technical

I remember my interview at Executech a while back. I spoke with the Owner. The interview focused more on professionalism than technical skills, though there were some tech questions. It seemed like they were looking for dedicated professionals who could learn the tech. I was so impressed I called my wife right after and said, 'I've finally found a place that does IT the way I would!' I still feel that way today.
