Did a take-home assignment first, then some screening for personality and culture fits. Had to present my results to the team. Overall it wasn't too bad. They also assessed my experience with R and Python code.

So there were three interviews. It started with an HR phone call where they asked the usual stuff like why I'm looking to leave my current gig. Then I had a chat with the hiring manager, and after that, a meeting focused on technology and skills. It's funny, even though the title was for a senior position, some of the entry-level questions they asked were pretty basic.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

I had an initial phone screening with the recruiter, and that went really well because they were super helpful in explaining what the job entailed. The next interview was with the hiring manager, and we really hit it off. After that, I had a third-round interview with a panel of people I'd be working with if hired. I had to do a short case study presentation, which wasn't too tough. The fourth and final round was with the hiring manager's bosses. I actually interned at their sister company years ago, and I thought that connection might help since they knew my old managers. I followed up with the hiring manager twice after the final interview but didn't hear back. Eventually, I got a standard rejection email.

It was good and not too difficult. First, we talked about work experience. Then about education background, and after that hobbies and interest. After that, there was a series of tests that are involved in America and verbal reasoning.
