The job and organization description on LinkedIn and their website was very unclear. It only mentioned hiring for a "HNW family". I got a quick response after applying, which led to a one-way video interview with spark hire. The questions were decent, but I haven't heard anything for over 2 weeks. All emails are no reply.

After I applied on LinkedIn, I got invited to do an online, one-way interview which felt weird to do. They gave me 3 days to complete it but said the faster I did it, the better since they were hiring fast. I finished it in under 24 hours. I thought I'd hear back from Excellence Services, but I got nothing. Their company values should have warned me. The recruiting video shows the company culture - the woman in black on a black chair with a white background said, "We don't value recognition; we value results." Two weeks later, the job was posted again with almost a thousand applicants. I asked if they'd hired and if they got my online video. I got a quick response: "Your application has been well received and is currently under review." That's the last I heard. This job has been posted at least 3 times in the last 3 years, so there's high turnover. I'd be careful about taking a job here. The role was non-exempt, but the description and pay seemed like an exempt job, especially with the expectation of being available 24/7. They closed the job the day after my interview. Two weeks later...
