After being in contact with Frank Carlos for over a week, I had a phone interview with him. He then invited me for a face-to-face interview with the President, which was unusual but I did it. The interview was great and she seemed impressed, saying I'd hear from Frank with an offer by the end of the day after salary negotiation. However, I never heard back. I tried calling and leaving voicemails with no response, despite our rapport. Later, I got an email from the VP who wanted me to interview. I explained the situation, and she promised to call. She did, offered me the job, and said I'd start Monday. I emailed her about not receiving the offer letter, and she asked me to call. During the call, she regretfully rescinded the offer, stating the President and Frank liked me and thought I was great with strong experience, but she felt the position wouldn't be a good fit. This whole experience was very discouraging.

I had two back-to-back 1-on-1 interviews, lasting about an hour total. The vibe was pretty relaxed, not stressful. It was a pretty standard interview, though the questions sometimes turned into a conversation, which made me feel involved. I definitely left with a good feeling about the company. I got an update on the review process after the interviews and then a job offer in 3 to 5 days.

Great professional interview experience. They were prompt with timing and the staff was energetic and professional, kind, and courteous. They even interviewed me early because I arrived early at Union Station. The offer process was great with easy contact options.
