They did 6 interviews for me and then I waited months for a 7th, but then I found out the recruiter I was talking to got fired and nobody told me where I was in the process. I also interviewed for a different job there and it took 8 months to hear back that I wasn't a good fit.

A friend referred me so I got a quick call from the recruiter, Michelle. She was really thorough and professional, explaining the whole process. Then I had a next step with the Hiring Manager and the recruiter. The whole thing moved fast. The team was really honest and transparent about the role, going over the goals and challenges.

The interview process was quick and very well coordinated. They even use an AI recruiting coordinator for phone interviews, which was a first for me! When I arrived for the onsite interview and there was no one at the desk, a senior team member helped me find a recruiter. This really showed me the company culture and gave me a great first impression. The onsite interview itself felt more like a conversation than an interview. The recruiting team seemed to embody the company culture; during the tour, I saw employees laughing, playing ping pong, collaborating, and just enjoying their work.
