I sent in my portfolio and then had a virtual meeting with two current employees. They were nice and seemed happy to talk about the job. I had to present my portfolio, and they asked about what I know about the company and my future goals. I also got to ask them questions. It felt pretty conversational.

I had one virtual interview with a Senior Associate & Partner. For a medium-sized firm, their decision-making process is quite scattered, and they interviewed candidates for months without giving any updates. It felt disrespectful of my time. I wouldn't recommend this firm because it might reflect how they treat their employees. Unfortunately, I was rejected due to my immigrant work visa status. International students should probably look elsewhere rather than invest time interviewing with Ewingcole.
