First, they contacted me by email. Then, I had a phone interview. After that, I went for an onsite interview that lasted a whole morning. It included a presentation, a Q&A session, several meetings with different managers, a chance to meet the team, an HR interview, and a site tour.

Behavioral

The HR was surprisingly unprofessional, leaving me ghosted for a month after a good work interview. They didn't bother to give feedback, which I found strange. The salaries they offer are also lower than what's standard in the industry.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had 3 interviews. The first was an intro to the position, responsibilities, and duties, and they asked about my experience. The second involved questions about hypothetical situations for the role, a presentation (seminar), and drug discovery questions related to the seminar. The third interview was with HR.
