Evolve Content Marketer Interview Questions

I had an intro interview with the recruiter for this role/department. It was probably the nicest interviewer I'd ever had for the intro recruiter phase. We talked about my experience, about Evolve, and our mutual fits. Next, I completed an assessment since it is a writing role. I worked on a few different stages of what a listing would hopefully look like at Evolve. I had 2-3 business days to finish it, so plenty of time to get it just right! Last, there were two different panel interviews. I had a 30-minute interview with potential teammates, then a 45-minute interview with potential managers. The one with teammates was a little rushed since it was only 30 mins and it was an important role, so they mainly asked me questions. The second one was really, really fun as the management at Evolve is run by just great people. We talked for the whole 45 minutes and I got to ask a lot of great questions to management. Ultimately someone else was chosen over me, but I absolutely loved this process at Evolve and hope something else opens up in the future where I can apply again!

I had an initial phone screen where they asked some standard questions, then I was supposed to meet with the hiring manager. Everyone seemed really nice! I decided not to continue, but it looks like a cool team.

The interview process included some basic questions about why you want to work here and what attracted you to the job and our company values. It also included situational questions like 'tell me about a time when…'.
