The hiring process was really smooth and the people were professional all the way through. The HR team was really on top of things and kept me updated during all three interview rounds. It was super fast, the whole thing from the first chat to getting the offer letter took only two to three weeks.

It was a 3-round process that took about a month. First two rounds were technical, focusing on Python, SQL, and ML. The third round was with the director, discussing the role and some basic ML.

I applied for the position in Aug 2014. A month later, HR contacted me to schedule a 15-20 minute phone interview. It was a simple interview focusing on my background and reasons for choosing Evolent Health. Following that, I had a second interview with a senior manager three days later. This interview also focused on my background and interesting internship experiences. The day after, I received an invitation for the final round interview at their Arlington office. Initially, I had four back-to-back interviews scheduled, but it was later changed to include a lunch interview plus four back-to-back interviews, each lasting 45 minutes. The invitation mentioned behavioral questions, but unexpectedly, I encountered two case interviews, one during lunch. The cases weren't difficult, but they were completely unanticipated. After the interviews, there was no update until I contacted HR for the results. They mentioned I was a good fit for another team.
- Case interview about current health insurance problem.
- Go through resume.
