First I went to evoke 2 months ago. They had 3 rounds: 2 tech and 1 architect. HR said it was for a bench project, which I didn't know much about. After passing, my profile was put on hold. Two months later, HR called about an opening for a billing project and I had to interview again. They said I needed to pass all rounds again. I agreed, and it was 2 tech rounds and 1 manager round. After passing, HR wanted to discuss the offer. After I passed, they explained the company and asked how I would guarantee I'd join if an offer was made. The HR suggested I hand over my passport and they'd return it on my joining day. This was unethical and unprofessional behavior from HR. It seems like they play tricks after you pass all rounds, from sweeper to CEO. So, guys, stop considering this company and move on.

The recruiter reached out to me to schedule a call for 8:30 AM local time. The recruiter didn't talk, but an Indian tech recruiter did, and it was really hard to understand them because of bad sound quality and the video being super low resolution. They asked about relocating and then asked an inappropriate question about my family situation, like if I was married or had kids. It felt like they were trying to find people who would move for very little pay on a contract basis without any job security.

Had a phone interview first. Then same day, face to face round with a senior consultant, then manager round, then HR round. The next day, they gave me an offer. HR bargained about the package though.
