I had two interviewers, and the interview itself felt amazing, possibly one of the best I've ever had! Despite how well it went, I didn't get an offer, and they never explained why. I'm left wondering what I did wrong, and it's shaken my confidence for future interviews since it seemed to go so well, but I received no feedback.

Behavioral Presentation

First, they asked personality questions to see how I could respond to talking to people. It was very simple and straight forward, basically wanting to see if you are a people person. We went through one call, then the next was more interview based. The last step was a video conference where we went over how the company operates and things like that, this was with other people.

Behavioral Technical

The HR recruiter called and qualified me before I spoke to the Hiring Manager. He was going to be traveling the following week but wanted me to meet his team and manager. Because of what I think was a recruiter miscommunication, I showed up expecting a one-hour interview but was there for three hours. I was very sick and didn't want to be there for three hours when I'd planned for one, but I'll move on. I met with three people besides the recruiter who continuously expressed their love for their jobs and their workplace. I wondered if they were trying to convince me or themselves. It all went downhill from there. I felt sicker, they kept talking about how much they love their jobs (unconvincingly), and I only thought about the two-hour drive home in rush hour traffic because I hadn't anticipated being there that long. Overall, it wasn't my best or worst interview.
