She belittled my appearance, talked poorly about customers and their bodies, and told me to "fix" my hair, nails, and no makeup so I would be "acceptable" to her boss. If this is how they interview, I can't expect anyone to want to work there.

We talked about my past jobs, my skills, and the company's vibe. They really emphasized needing someone who can work on their own and is motivated to do well. The company's whole thing is making customers happy by helping them through the whole buying process and even handling online orders in the store to make sure they get the swimwear they need.

I had a phone interview with an HR rep, then a second interview with the Buyer. After that, I tried to follow up via phone and email, but got no response back. Very unprofessional! If you interview someone, at least have the courtesy to give them feedback. That's part of your job as HR.
