First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Everything But The House.
Project Manager
The interview process was pretty standard. I started with a recruiter call to go over my resume and qualifications. Then, I had an interview with the Regional VP, which seemed to go okay. But I was really disappointed because they had already decided to hire someone internally and the whole process felt like a 'ghost interview' just to follow company policy. I found out the decision pretty quickly after that interview. Just a heads up to anyone applying, keep this in mind.
- How do you demonstrate leadership influence?
Project Manager
There were 2 initial rounds of interviews. The recruiters were very knowledgeable about the company which was super helpful. My last 2 interviews were on Google Hangouts since I was remote. It was a pretty chill and casual vibe. They seemed open to answering any questions I had.
- How would you describe your leadership style?
Project Manager
I talked with the Regional VP, the GM of Cincinnati, and the VP of Operations. All parts of the interview were pretty similar and felt more like a conversation than a Q&A. One time, I even met the GM at Friendly's for ice cream to chat about management styles and my career goals.
