It started with a 30-minute phone call. Mostly I read my resume and they talked about what they were looking for. No benefits or pay talk, but they said I'd get an email to set up an interview with the team head.

The whole interview thing was fine at first. I arrived and was greeted nicely. Then I met two people from the team I might join, plus an HR person I'd met before. The interview went well and I got an offer! But, they wouldn't tell me the salary, saying they'd let me know with the new hire paperwork. They gave me a tour of the place. Then... nothing. No paperwork ever came. They totally ghosted me. I tried contacting everyone I met, the company phone number, email, and LinkedIn. Two months later, the same job was posted again on LinkedIn. Super unprofessional and messed with me big time. Don't trust them.

It was pretty basic. The interview was kind and fun, with more personable questions. I liked the people who interviewed me. The job sounded interesting. I wasn't totally clear on how I'd get paid, though. I like where the company is heading. I've bought a lot from this site before, so it was neat to get a peek behind the scenes.

The interview process involved an initial 30-minute phone screen. This was followed by a video interview with the hiring manager, and then a face-to-face interview with the same manager. All three interactions were very conversational, and I found everyone to be really enthusiastic and positive about the company and the role.
