The interview process involved an initial chat with HR about people and culture, followed by a meeting with the manager. The hiring team and HR made the interview very relaxed and welcoming, even sharing some tips for the rest of the process. The manager was also very friendly and kept things light.

First up was a recruiter interview where we discussed my past roles, career path, and future goals. Then came a technical part focusing on tools, processes, comparative test analysis, and identifying acceptance criteria and MVP. Finally, a chat with the chief, focusing on relationships and remote work mood.

The interview process was quite good. I first connected with the recruiter and we had two interviews. The first was with her, and the second was with the area manager. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an offer or any information about why I wasn't selected. The process felt very humanized, but it falls short in sending a standard message if you don't move forward.
