The management was really uncoordinated. I cleared all the interviews and even got an offer from HR. But then higher ups decided I didn't have enough experience and took back the offer. They shouldn't even interview people if they're going to question experience later.

My interview process with Eversource had two main stages. The first was a phone call where I was asked some basic questions and one STAR question. The interviewer was really nice and we mostly discussed my thoughts on the company in general, rather than a formal interview. The second round was with two engineers from the team I might join. They were also very pleasant people. They asked some basic questions and also tested my knowledge of power systems.
