The HR part was pretty straightforward with some basic questions. The person interviewing was nice. Just a heads-up, they're not a fan of candidates having siblings or relatives already employed there, seeing it as a potential conflict of interest. They'll make sure you're not placed in the same team if that's the case.

It was a nontechnical interview using the S.T.A.R. method. They wanted to see if I was a good fit for the team. They were clear about expectations, roles, and responsibilities. We talked about the tools used daily for the natural gas engineer position. The interview felt collaborative, like we were equals. There was no negotiation from their side.
