It took a few weeks to get through the interview process. I put in my application and resume on the Eversource website. After I finished and passed an online assessment, I had a virtual interview. The interview was kind of weird. I joined a group interview and saw a bunch of other candidates in a virtual waiting room. We were all told we'd each answer ten timed interview questions. After each question was answered and the time ran out, we went back to the waiting room. We all just stared at each other on Zoom. After answering the ten questions (all asked by different current employees) and not getting a chance to talk to the actual talent acquisition person, the interview ended. We never got to ask any questions. I thought the whole experience and interview process was really strange. The talent acquisition person didn't reply to any of the emails I sent him during this time.

You have 2 'pre' online exams before an in-person interview. The first online was basic questions on how you'd handle clients. The second, requires you to do multi video questions and written questions. The in-person interview is with 12 people. You start with one person and have 90 seconds to answer their question and then you move onto the next table. Seems organized but if one person doesn't like the way you answered a question....your doomed.

It was kind of like speed dating. About 15 employees were at different desks, and they each took turns asking me a question. Everyone would get up and move to the next seat after 90 seconds. It was a group interview process, but I answered questions individually. It was way less intimidating than a normal interview and I got to meet a lot of people.
