I sent my resume and transcript in and a legal recruiter I was working with got contacted to set up an in-person interview. During the first interview, I met with two partners. They told me about the job and asked about my legal background, my skills, and why I was looking for a new role. I think I had a second interview after that where I met with a bunch of partners and associates and they asked me similar stuff.
