It's three rounds. The first is a technical test about your area of interest and a sheet with personal questions (3 of your weaknesses, why Eversheds, what would you contribute to the firm...). The second was a group dynamic, in my case there were quite a few of us (+20). We were divided into two groups, we had to create 5 slogans for a fictional client and then present our ideas. The third round is the interview with the partner of the department, in my case it was quite personal, we talked about my previous experience, why I chose Law, why I'm interested in this area of Law... It's true that the partner asked me 3 somewhat technical questions, but the interview was mostly personal.

The interview process was really good, with a relaxed vibe and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Partners were very down to earth but also very professional. I felt like the interview went very well and was pleased to be offered.
