Had a 15 minute phone call that then led into a 3 hour group interview with about 30 other candidates. After that, there was a 30 minute individual interview. The group interview was pretty wild, with about an hour spent roleplaying being a celebrity on a life boat arguing why they should stay on. It felt irrelevant to sales.

The hiring process was super fast and smooth. It had two main steps: a call with a recruiter and another with a sales manager. The whole thing wrapped up in about a week. They were really on top of communication, getting back to me right on time for any deadlines they set. I really liked chatting with both the recruiter and the manager. They were super helpful with answering my questions and explaining the company. Unlike many places, they weren't trying to trip me up, but rather genuinely wanted to hear about what I've done before.

I was contacted by a third party, Pareto Law, via LinkedIn, and they handled the initial phone screening. After that, I was connected with a senior person at the staffing firm who was really helpful. They explained what was needed to not only get the job offer but also how to do well in the role. The assessment day was designed to evaluate everyone on their communication, leadership, and attention to detail. Given that COVID made in-person interviews impossible, kudos to both the Pareto team and the leadership at Pure for making it work.
