Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process started with a phone call from the recruiter, followed by six virtual interviews conducted over Zoom. The interviewers were a mix of leaders and individual contributors, including a director and VP of product, a product manager, an engineering manager, a design lead, and a senior developer. The entire hiring process spanned approximately three months. Despite repeated requests to expedite, the company was unable to speed things up. After the final interview round, I was informed that I was a good fit for the role, but a final decision was pending the completion of interviews with another candidate, which resulted in a two-week waiting period. Two weeks later, I had to proactively reach out to the recruiter for an update, only to be told that the other candidate had been offered the position. Attempts to get feedback at this point were met with silence. It felt like I was treated as a backup option, left in limbo regarding the decision, and then denied even the basic courtesy of feedback after investing around 7 hours in interviews and significant preparation time. I would not recommend this company.

Behavioral Technical

First, there was a recruiter screening, then a hiring manager chat, followed by one PM round, one technical round, and finally a VP level interview. They didn't give any feedback or updates, and the whole process was super slow. I couldn't even apply for other jobs at Pure because this interview was still ongoing and kept getting delayed since the interviewers weren't available.

Behavioral Technical Coding

Standard interview process with an initial screening call, followed by 3 more rounds. Two Product Managers from the US and a hiring manager from Prague conducted the interviews. Due to their West Coast HQ, expect limited availability for call times. They didn't provide feedback, and the role was filled soon after my final round.
