Software Development Engineer
It was a 90 min assessment. The questions were MCQs on subjects like reasoning, quant, English, DSA, core programming, and computer fundamentals. No negative marking, and all questions had to be answered. Around 10-15 questions per section, and the difficulty was medium. The sections were mandatory.
- Could you discuss your project work?
Senior Software Engineer
I got selected for the first round. The second round was scheduled, but no one joined the call at the interview time, and it got cancelled. They want to reschedule again, but HR isn't responding. Feels like they're just interviewing for fun. Don't trust this company.

Software Development Engineer
The interview process was unprofessional, with issues from both Evernorth interviewers and the Talent 500 (ANSR) HR team. Multiple ANSR recruiters contacted me for the same role, promising follow-ups but not scheduling interviews. When I was available, they rushed to schedule interviews but provided no feedback or updates. Managers asked for salary details and expectations upfront, making decisions based on salary rather than performance. The ANSR HR team was unresponsive, ignoring calls and leaving candidates on hold without feedback.
- Can you tell us your current salary and what you expect to earn?
- What are your salary expectations?
