The interview process kicked off with an online technical test that also included an aptitude section, featuring numerous multiple-choice questions on JavaScript and Node.Js. Following that, there were two rounds of face-to-face technical interviews. The first tech interview, lasting about 45 minutes, covered fundamental concepts in OOPS, DBMS, and general programming, and included an easy coding challenge along with some analytical questions. The second tech interview, also around 45 minutes, delved into my internship project and resume details, required me to write an SQL query for a provided table, and included analytical and puzzle-type questions. The process concluded with an HR round and the final offer.

So an Everi recruiter reached out and I applied online. About a week later, I got a link for a 2-hour Codify assessment. It was timed, which I don't usually do, but the recruiter was nice so I went ahead. You can't really do much quality work in 2 hours, so I just considered it junk coding. There were 3 tasks, I finished them but not all edge cases on the third, ran out of time. Code wasn't optimized. A week later, Everi wanted to schedule a 1-hour video call with hiring managers. 2 out of 3 people showed up. One guy did all the talking, the other just watched, which was strange. They asked about optimizing the code I sent in from the previous week, which I'd mostly forgotten because I had other interviews. I couldn't see what I'd submitted and had to answer from memory. It was awkward, but I think I did okay given the situation. Everi was slow to say if they were interested. After a few days and thinking about how weird the process was, I decided not to proceed further. It felt like it reflected the company and I just wanted to leave.

So, first I had this 30-minute chat with HR. Then, there was this hour-long video call where they asked me some basic stuff about my resume and programming. The last interview was the big one, two and a half hours on video. I talked to three different teams. The first team hit me with logic and a coding question. The second team threw a game scenario at me and basically wanted me to design it using UML. Finally, I met with the boss, who mostly talked about the company and let me ask questions.
