Behavioral Technical

The interview I went through had a mix of behavioral and analytical questions that were super relevant to the internship I applied for. The behavioral part was all about my past experiences, like how I deal with working with others, solving problems, and managing my time. For instance, I was asked to share a story about when I had to adjust fast to a difficulty and how I got past it. These questions helped me show off my good points, my work attitude, and how well I can team up. On top of that, the interviewer threw in some analytical questions to check my critical thinking and how I can use what I know in real situations. These were more on the technical side and were meant to see if I could think about problems in a logical and strategic way. I liked that the interviewer kept these questions really connected to what the internship involves, as it gave me a better feel for what the daily work might be like. All in all, the interview felt like a good balance of figuring out who I am and how I tackle tough stuff. It let me show both my people skills and my problem-solving chops, which I think fit the job well.
