I was first reached out to by the nurse recruiter after I applied and they helped me schedule the interview. I got to meet in person and interview with several units at once who worked together. After meeting with different managers, the nurse recruiter followed up with the units that wanted to hire me. I told the recruiter which unit I wanted to join and they helped me connect with HR and other people I needed!

Had 5 years of nursing experience. We talked about my experience and why I want to do home health. They made me a job offer, but I didn't accept because I found something that was a better fit. It seemed like a good opportunity overall.
- What is your motivation for pursuing home health nursing?

i went to their website and applied it. about one month, you will receive an email for in person interview. it was panel interview with at least 6 people from different units. they will ask you about 10 questions and got the result after one week.
