I chatted with Riley, the recruiter, then the Payroll Consulting Director, a Payroll Consulting Manager, and a Payroll Consulting Associate. It was good they wanted to show me what performance expectations are like at each level. Riley was great and kept me informed about feedback, updates, and what was coming next.

Applied through a referral, and then HR contacted me for a phone screen which was pretty quick. The phone screen was simple and I got to learn more about the job and benefits. Then I had a second interview with someone from the Implementation team, and they asked a lot of behavioral questions that I wasn't ready for. I heard back a few days later but didn't advance to the third round.

The process initially felt good, with good communication from interviewers and recruiters. The recruiter Riley chodick was responsive during the 4 interview stages. However, after the final stage, there was a lack of communication or feedback from the team, despite attempts to reach out. This lack of follow-up mirrors an experience a friend had with the same recruiter, so don't be surprised by a sudden lack of feedback.
