The interview process was well-organized and easy to set up, with clear instructions afterward. They're a temp agency, so once you're in, the work is ongoing. Expect questions about your portfolio and any certifications you have. There were two interviews and a background check before moving forward.

Had to travel into the city for an in-person meeting with a recruiter, which was alright. The conversation was positive and I enjoyed it, feeling enthusiastic about being represented by Creative Circle and thinking they could find me some cool gigs. The recruiter mentioned he'd create a bio for me to share with other recruiters and clients, and send it for my review, but I never got it. He also talked about all the potential opportunities he had in mind for me, but again, nothing came of it. Honestly, this agency was a huge waste of my time. I ended up finding a full-time job on my own.

I submitted my profile online, and a recruiter contacted me the next day for an in-person meeting. Before the interview, they want you to complete an online form with your salary expectations, three references, and past job and salary history. They also request your social security number and date of birth for a background check. During the interview, they'll make copies of your passport or work authorization. The interview itself was pretty typical; they discussed their contract, asked about my skills and experience, and requested to see my portfolio. I felt pressured to accept a low hourly rate and sign their contract right away. I'd heard some concerning things, so I wanted to see it for myself. Their policy is that if they submit your resume to a company, they have exclusive rights to your relationship with that company for a year. They've started sending me job listings, but I want to talk to someone who's actually been placed by them before I reply.
