First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Everforth Creative Circle.
Sales Account Executive
There were 2 interviews in total. The first was with HR, and the second was with a senior/manager via zoom. I didn't make it past the second round. It was pretty straightforward and focused on my background, with no case study questions. The manager had to step out briefly during our call, but she let me know beforehand that she had an obligation.

Sales Account Executive
I applied online via LinkedIn and got an email for a phone screening pretty quickly, scheduled for a week out. That first call was awesome, super personable and fun, made me feel really comfortable, and we ended up chatting for like an hour about my skills, the job, and daily workflows. My in-person interview came next, with another really easy-to-talk-to person from the company. I felt super confident after leaving that. The 2-hour shadowing was nice, I liked the work atmosphere and their structure, felt like a good fit. They asked me, "On a scale of 1-10, how are you feeling about wanting to work here?" twice, and I said 9 both times, just because I couldn't start right away. Then I had a phone interview with the Regional Manager, who was also fun, energetic, and easy to talk to, covering both work and personal stuff. It was clear they all cared about what I had to say, and I genuinely enjoyed every interview. The recruiter kept me in the loop while I waited for the next steps, which kept me interested. They really prepared me and explained what the day-to-day would look like. The whole process took four weeks, which makes sense since they were really investing in candidates.
- Describe your current day-to-day activities and how they align with the requirements of this role?

Account Executive
I was contacted about my application and had a recruiter call which was really easy and a positive experience. Then I completed an online assessment over the phone, which was pretty straightforward. They asked me about my sales experience and why I wanted to work for them.
- Can you describe your current job responsibilities?
- What have you done in your current role?
- What is your experience in sales?
