First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Everforth Apex Systems.
Systems Engineer
The interview process was good and professional and not too long. It took about 2 weeks and there were 2 interviews. After they found me on LinkedIn, I talked to a recruiter who asked and answered some basic questions. I was relocating for the role, but it ended up being phone-only interviews, so no travel was needed. I had 2 phone interviews with hiring managers from the customer group, mostly behavioral questions, with some not-too-hard technical questions.
- Can you share which aspects of your background you believe would be most applicable to this position?
System Administrator
The interview process was uninformed, lax, boring, lacklustre, off-topic, full of lies, late, confusing, very lacking in content, not serious, unnecessarily long, not intelligent, and very very time-consuming. It was lame, uncomfortable, unprofessional, quiet, full of intangible rhetoric, and showed no effort. The employer presentation was bad, there was miscommunication, and no housing options were discussed.
- What's your total experience in this field?
System Administrator
The hiring process was straightforward with constant communication from recruiters. They were very responsive by phone and email. I was contacted shortly after applying, and they were quite flexible with my schedule. All in all, it was a fairly easy interview process, and I would recommend it.
- Can you share a weakness or something you'd like to change about yourself?
