A recruiter from Apex reached out on LinkedIn and we scheduled a call a few days later. This was a general screening call where we talked about my experience, the contract role, and the client. After that, a technical interview was scheduled, but it didn't happen because I had some personal issues and had to reschedule. The interviewer canceled the interview, and then there was silence. It feels like a two-way street, and interviewers shouldn't reschedule last minute. If there's no flexibility for candidates, it's a red flag. So, no thanks, and I'll avoid Apex in the future.

The interview was nothing in line with the job contract, unfortunately. It did touch on the work culture but not on the Technology used. Overall the hiring process was also a little time-consuming, and because of competing time frames, I took another job. Then the recruiter tried to get in touch with my new Employer and bad mouth me. Pretty Shameful behavior.
