Had a first phone call interview. It was pretty basic stuff. The job posting was for a Level II tech, but they offered very low pay.

I was contacted by a recruiter who was pushy about doing an interview while I was on vacation, saying that the role would likely be gone by the time I got back. I rearranged my vacation plans to fit in the interview. On the day of the interview, I had to wait an entire hour past our scheduled time for the recruiter's manager to call. After almost 90 minutes, I reached out to the recruiter about the delay, and she said her manager got stuck in a meeting and asked to reschedule for later that afternoon. We agreed on a time two hours later. But then, 30 minutes before our new meeting, I got a missed call from the manager. I called him back immediately, but he didn't pick up and just texted that he'd call back in a moment. I never got a call back, and neither the recruiter nor the manager offered any apology. Honestly, it was super rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I'm so over recruiters ghosting candidates and treating us badly.

I had a phone interview with an Apex rep where they asked me a bunch of technical questions to check my basic troubleshooting skills. Then, I had a Skype interview with the WGU IT manager. During that interview, they asked me how I'd handle different help desk scenarios, like issues with network connectivity, login problems, setting up printers, detecting viruses, and managing user accounts, among other things.
