The director interviewed me, and it was all about knowing the domain really well. We talked a lot about Source to Pay and Procure to Pay, how master data processes work, important strategy initiatives, what's possible in this field, and other projects happening in different places.

So first, it was a case study round, where they ask pretty easy questions to solve along with them. Keeping them in the loop is very important during this round. And if you get selected for this round, then the second round will be a guesstimates round where a question will be asked by them, and which you collaboratively need to solve in a period of time.

It was a telephonic interview. HR didn't follow up, which is typical. There weren't many job openings at the company. I'm glad there weren't any more rounds. From what the HR explained, the job involved just making reports in India with absolutely no travel.
