The director interviewed me, and it was all about knowing the domain really well. We talked a lot about Source to Pay and Procure to Pay, how master data processes work, important strategy initiatives, what's possible in this field, and other projects happening in different places.

First, they shortlist CVs. Then, Round 1 is an aptitude test, which includes essay writing, logical reasoning, and comprehension. I think anyone with decent English and LR skills can pass this. Round 2 is Guesstimates. Round 3 is a Case Study (you should check out the book 'Case in Point' by Cosentino). Finally, Round 4 is the HR or Cultural round.

I wasn't given much info about the role. The pay wasn't great and they didn't really grill me with tons of questions. The office vibe was also pretty weird. They gave me a test that was super easy to pass, and then asked questions related to it.

So, there were 3 rounds in total. First, an HR interview. After that, they had me do 2 tests that were specific to the market research profile - one was a list building exercise and the other was a writing test. Finally, I had 3 video call interviews with the team lead, the manager, and the VP of the department.
